This is a small 2 family house in a very residential neighborhood (closest tourist attraction is 15 minutes away by car) with a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the second floor (there ARE stairs to get to it) and a full kitchen.
Two bedrooms have a queen size bed each, and a third bedroom has two twin size beds.
Bedroom 1: queens size bed and a work desk.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin size beds
Bedroom 3: queens size bed
The living room has a small pull out couch
The apartment can fit 6 ppl comfortably + 2 more on the couch at full capacity (although not recommended and there is an extra charge for anyone over 6)
The kitchen has a full fridge and a gas stove with microwave and dishwasher.
There ARE stairs at the entrance to the house.
NO PARKING!! However, we have a parking pass available for a street parking. There is no charge for it but a $50 deposit is required to make sure you do not drive away with it. This deposit is fully refundable unless the pass is lost or stolen (In which case the charge is $500. Each household gets one pass per year so if you loose it we won’t be able to provide it for others. Please note – this is very close to NYC and street parking rules are fully enforced. No outsiders are allowed to park on the street unless the pass is in the car. If you plan to park on the street, you will have to have the pass or you can park in a public parking / garage.
Smart lock – will provide personal access code few days before the arrival
