Welcome to Urban Escape! We look forward to providing you with a pleasant and memorable stay. By accessing our website, booking a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Urban Escape.

1. Reservations and Stays

     

      • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

      • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation from us with your reservation details.

      • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

      • Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit may be required for potential damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

    2. Cancellations and Refunds

       

        • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your scheduled check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

        • No-Shows: Guests failing to arrive without prior notification may be charged the total amount of the reservation.

      3. Use of Property

         

          • Occupancy: Each accommodation has a specified maximum occupancy. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges or termination of your reservation.

          • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of the property and other guests. Any form of disturbance or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

          • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement will be applied as necessary.

        4. Amenities and Services

           

            • Availability: While we strive to ensure all advertised amenities are available, we cannot guarantee their availability due to maintenance or other operational needs.

            • Internet Use: Free WiFi is provided. Illegal online activities are strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

          5. Privacy

             

              • Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

            6. Limitation of Liability

               

                • Urban Escape is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property caused by or arising from the use of our property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

              7. Changes to Terms

                 

                  • Urban Escape reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

                8. Governing Law

                   

                    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
