This is a small 2 family house in very residential neighborhood (closest tourist attraction is 15 minutes away by car ) with a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the first floor (there ARE stairs to get to it) and a full kitchen.
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed each, and an additional air mattress
Bedroom 1: queens size bed and a work desk.
Bedroom 2: queens size bed

The living room has a small pull out couch

The apartment can fit 4 ppl comfortably + 2 more on air mattress / couch at full capacity (although not recommended)
The kitchen has a full fridge and a gas stove with microwave and dishwasher.

There ARE stairs at the entrance to the house.

NO PARKING!! However, we have a parking pass available for a street parking. There is no charge for it but a $50 deposit is required to make sure you do not drive away with it. This deposit is fully refundable unless the pass is lost or stolen (In which case the charge is $500. Each household gets one pass per year so if you loose it we won’t be able to provide it for others. Please note – this is very close to NYC and street parking rules are fully enforced. No outsiders are allowed to park on the street unless the pass is in the car. If you plan to park on the street, you will have to have the pass or you can park in a public parking / garage.

This is a 2 family house and a 2 bedroom apartment is being rented with 1 bathroom and a full kitchen. You will have a complete privacy. Access is through smart lock. You will have your access code assigned the day before you arrive and will be active for the duration of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you or anyone in your group is using acne medication or any creams that will discolor bed sheets or towels, please bring your own. There will be a $10 per towel and $60 per bed sheet set charge for any ruined items starting March 2023. We unfortunately cannot afford to keep eating this cost.

This listing is not in Manhattan! It is located across the river in Union City NJ.
This is worth repeating again: IT IS A VERY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD meaning there are only residential houses around. There are no tourist attractions. If you need to be in Manhattan, please rent an apartment/hotel in Manhattan! This is for the people that give us three stars for location. We are extremely transparent. If you are renting an apartment here. This is the location! If you need to be in Manhattan, please rent there. Our star rating is important to Airbnb algorithm and you are ruining it for everybody because you don’t want to pay Manhattan prices. It’s more fair to pay for Manhattan apartment and give them three stars for being too expensive then renting a cheap apartment outside the desired area and then giving it three stars for being 20 minutes away frim it!! Once you leave a bad review, it stays there forever! Please think how it affects us (hosts) before you do that! Thank you so much for understanding!
